Moose is very hard to get and isn't available all that often. Because it's so rare, moosehide is available for custom orders only. My current moosehide is split thin, like elk, but it's a finished hide, not a naked one, and the tail impact on my back has deep thud with bright sting.

Currently, we DO have a huge stash of the new, thin moosehide in stock! It's very thuddy but it dees have bright sting from the cut edges due to the coasted surface finish. We haven't been able to get full-thickness black moose for 5 years! Please inquire for more information.
