We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, money orders and personal checks via Snail Mail (please contact us for the address). Personal checks must clear before we can ship your order. When you place an order with us, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. Calling us is the best way to give us your credit or debit card information. We have no holidays when we have orders waiting to be made, and we don't take weekends off automatically, like larger businesses do.

We promise to fill your order as quickly and efficiently as we can, and give it individual attention. Items we have in stock are shipped within a few days. Floggers and fetish gear orders ship to you from Iowa, whippy stuff from Los Angeles. We ship worldwide. We'll need your address or zip code to calculate shipping cost when we quote you for your order's total cost. We ship via USPS Priority Mail within the USA. Foreign order information is detailed further below. If you have any special instructions or drop-dead dates, PLEASE let us know when you place your order! We know that special dates, anniversaries, collaring ceremonies, weddings and birthdays are very important and we'll do everything we can to have your order arrive when you want it to, but please allow us enough advance notice!

Our warranty

We stand behind our work. We will promptly repair or replace defective merchandise if the problem is due to a mistake on our part - after all, we are human and sometimes we make mistakes. Just let us know. We will not be responsible for damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or improper storage/cleaning/conditioning. Please follow our care instructions, especially for our horsehair floggers, to avoid damage. You should expect some wear and tear on your flogger with use, time, and age - nothing really lasts forever, does it? However, proper care and use will ensure many years of service and good looks from your Happy Tails Flogger, whip or fetish gear.

Returns and refunds

If you decide you don't like your flogger for any reason other than a material defect, to return it for full credit or refund, it must be in "like-new" condition. Refunds for returns for reasons other than a material defect, will not include refund of the shipping cost, and shipping it back to us is at your cost. Please contact us before returning a flogger. We'll always try to work with you in good faith to resolve any problems with your order. Don't hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns. We ship via USPS Priority Mail from two locations in Iowa. We insure all packages for full value. For most customers, transit time is two days, but even Alaska is just 3 days. For our foreign customers, please inquire about shipping. Because we are located in a rural area, we cannot ship via UPS or Fed Ex. Packaging is discreet, in USPS Priority Mail boxes or recycled cardboard boxes, depending on the size of your order. We quote actual shipping cost, with no added handling fees, and always try to use the least expensive methods.
